Chakra Revolution

I need,
I feel,
I do,
I love,
I speak,
I see,
I understand

Twist and Twirl and spiral round
Energy flows up to the crown
Basic needs that's never met
Impedes your growth and holds you down
Give and take
No and yes
Nourishment and
Boundaries set
Love and warmth
Safety met
Basic needs addressed

Twist and Twirl and spiral round
Energy flows up to the crown
Emotions blocked or been denied
Further growth is compromised
Love and hurt
Grief and care
Fear and calm
Become aware
Others feel
Just like you
Empathy's in you

Twist and Twirl and spiral round
Energy flows up to the crown
Ego driven based in fear
At this point now you are bound
Love yourself
Right or wrong
Self-aware
Keep the strong
Embrace change
Let it go
Balanced power's grow

Twist and Twirl and spiral round
Energy flows up to the crown
Lonely, vexed and insecure
Less compassion will occur
Charity
Love the weak
Help the poor
Guarantee
Those with less
Have their needs
Heart's compassions pure

Twist and Twirl and spiral round
Energy flows up to the crown
Never heard or been ignored
Inner voice is unexplored
Tell the truth
Speak it kind
Verbalize
Know your mind
Get across
What you mean
Talking is with me

I need,
I feel,
I do,
I love,
I speak,
I see,
I understand

Twist and Twirl and spiral round
Energy flows up to the crown
Skeptical or paranoid?
Your intuition you avoid
Hear your dreams
Meditate
Trust insight
Illuminates
Spirit leads
Actions follow
Insight is employed

Twist and Twirl and spiral round
Energy flows up to the crown
Cynical of sacred bliss?
Belief in God you do dismiss
Feed the form
Feed the mind
Feed the soul
Find design
Elevate
Consciousness
Sacredness is this

I need,
I feel,
I do,
I love,
I speak,
I see,
I understand
